FAQ
Q: When I try to download iPad apps I get a "proxy server"message A: This means our download server is blocked in your school. You can take your iPad home and download iPad apps successfully. You should contact your IT provider. Log in and see instructions on what to say to them on the iPad Apps page.
 
Q: I find it difficult to remember my email when I log in. A: Your internet browser will be able to store your email address.
Find your browser and click on the relevant link.
